Who this policy covers

This policy covers information collected by Eynan through eynan.com and the Eynan platform. Eynan is the public operating name used throughout this site.

Information we collect

Account and platform data. If you create an Eynan account, we collect your name, email address, and the property, service-request, and service-history information you and the providers you work with add to the platform, as described throughout the product.

Basic website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to collect aggregate page-view information about how our public website pages are used. Analytics is not collected within signed-in account, property, service, or administrative pages. We do not send names, email addresses, account information, property information, or form contents through this analytics integration.

Partner interest submissions. If you submit the partner-interest form (for builders, title companies, community/HOA organizations, or service providers), we collect the contact and organization details you provide — name, company, title, email, phone, website, service area, approximate volume, your current process, and what you tell us about your interest — along with the page and prompt you submitted from, and a hashed (never the raw) technical identifier used only to prevent spam and duplicate submissions.

How we use this information

We use partner-interest submissions to evaluate and follow up about potential Greater Orlando pilot partnerships, and to contact you about that opportunity. We use account data to operate the platform features you use directly — for example, connecting a published service request with eligible local providers.

Sharing of information

We do not sell partner-interest information. We do not share it outside Eynan except as needed to operate the pilot-evaluation process itself (for example, an internal team member following up with you).

Separately, as an operational part of the Eynan marketplace, limited job-relevant information is shared with the specific service provider you choose to work with — for example, the scope of a service request and, once you accept a quote, the details needed to schedule and complete that job. This sharing is limited to what's needed for the work you've requested and is not related to partner-interest submissions.

How we protect submitted information

Partner-interest submissions are not accessible to the public or to other users of the platform. Only authorized Eynan administrators can view them.

Retention

We retain partner-interest submissions for up to 24 months from the date submitted, so we can follow up about Greater Orlando pilot opportunities over a reasonable evaluation window. You may ask us to delete your submission sooner at any time (see Your choices, below).

Your choices

You may ask us to delete a partner-interest submission you made, or to stop contacting you about it, by emailing privacy@eynan.com.
